1. The ed. has noted that some of the prabandhas listed in the initial
enumeration (uddeśa) are not described later and others not listed here are
described, whereas there is sometimes a difference between a name that is
listed and the one that is described. This remark is true; the discrepancies
will be pointed out by us in the textual notes at respective places. (Also see
Vol. III).
2. Read as 'padvalī' in Mānaso IV.6.316, 'pardhala' in ibid 117 and
'paddhalī'in SR IV.295.
3. The ed. has noted a break in the text here. We have filled up the
gap according to the order followed in the later sequence of lakṣaṇa
